Physical Therapy Services
We are an out of network provider for physical therapy services, we take an individualized approach to our treatments and look to find the best plan to maximize your personal performance. Each one of the treatment sessions consists of 1-hour long visits directly with the PT. Each session would involve a mixture of the following services below based on the direct needs of each patient:
Soft Tissue Mobilization
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Cupping
Movement Evaluation/Optimization
Individualized Performance Programming/Enhancement
Join Mobilizations/Manipulations
Muscle Energy Techniques/Neuromuscular Education

Our initial evaluation is a 60-minute-deep dive into your injury, strength, mobility, and biomechanics.
By spending 1-on-1 time together, we can really design custom a rehab plan that gets you results with fewer sessions than a traditional insurance-based model. Afterwards we will show you discounted plan options that can fit nearly any schedule or budget.

Maintenance
This is available to all previous patients of Re+Active who need a “one and done” treatment. It could include soft tissue work, heat, range of motion, etc. Are you an athlete or a weekend warrior who needs the kinks worked out? Do you have those Monday morning aches and pains? This is for you!
Maintenance cost: $90
Physical Therapy Follow-up Visits
Comprehensive 60-minute treatment sessions based on the initial evaluation findings.
Follow-up visits cost:
1 visit - $125
4 visit package -$115/session*
8 visit package - $110/session*
12 visit package - $105/session*
*Total package price due up front. Packages will expire (to be discussed with the therapist).
